Introduction: I could use this space to tell you the same thing that every other trainer will tell you on here. Instead I’ll tell you what makes me different.
I am a Marine Corps combat veteran and my training style emulates the hardcore nature of the Marines and Spartans.
All training sessions will be held in my garage gym. You will receive my FULL one on one support and attention with nothing else going on in the gym. It will just be you, me, and the work.
I work with my clients between 2 and 5 sessions a week. I do not offer one off sessions as I believe in making a difference and one session here and there won’t cut it.
If you’re looking for the latest and greatest high tech equipment, you won’t find that here. What you will find here is results. I will push you up to your perceived barriers and through them.
I only work with those that are willing to put in the work. You will be expected to put in some work on your own as well. Don’t worry though, I will provide the programming.
Athletes love me. As I can provide sport specific training to take you to the next level. But so does the mom or dad that just wants a higher quality of life. My training is designed to make you stronger, faster, leaner, and better.
Not only will you get to physically fit, you will also develop mental toughness which will carry over to all other areas of your life.
