- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally my pricing is based on square footage, and the number of bathrooms. Pets my have an influence on pricing, but if you were to ask my current clients, they will tell you I am worth every penny they spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial phone call, or Zoom call. I do prefer Zoom because it gives me the opportunity to view your home and give you a more accurate price right away. After providing the estimate for cleaning services, I would present other add-ons if needed. These add-ons could be a one-time event, or however you would want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only have I been doing this for many years, working in the casino/hotel industry, there were times, especially during covid, when we had to assist with the care and cleanliness of the hotel.
