James has a tremendous enthusiasm and passion for kettle bell. Under his guidance I became not only very fit but incredibly strong. I would say it is the best shape I have been in since I played competitive sports in my younger years. More importantly, he instilled a love for the bell and all the amazing results it delivers. Chris is terrific! Friendly, polite and he knows what he's doing. The new gym is BEAUTIFUL and he's willing to meet early in the morning which is great for my schedule. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of working out with him.
Alexandra helped me get back in shape. She motivated me to increase my ability in the gym and coached me on having a healthy lifestyle. I hired Thomas as my trainer about 2 1/2 months ago. We meet twice a week either at the gym or the park. I had my doubts about being able to make changes to my body, but after only two sessions I could tell I was going to be able to achieve anything I wanted if I was committed to it and willing to work at it. I get bored VERY easily, but Thomas always has something new and super challenging for me to do so I never get bored! He is VERY patient (I can be difficult) and he makes sure I have a full understanding of the workouts and he is very knowledgeable about safety and nutrition . I now get complemented every day, and I never thought I would be in such good shape at my age! I can do things that I never thought were possible, it's amazing! All I can say, is instead of going to the gym five times a week for an hour, schedule two sessions with Thomas instead, I am so glad I did, I have NEVER gotten results like this from just going from the gym, not even close!
