- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the job & what obstacles will have to be taken through the process. Estimates & invoices are all done electronically through a superior app called Joist where me & the customers can sign right from our mobile devices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First every estimate is completely FREE! Then we will get the customers e-mail, address & send over an e-mail containing the estimate with each task broken down for the customer to easily understand each quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually have all licenced personnel for projects that are needed. We carry a $2 million coverage on any of the homes we work on. I Hunter Bachuss the owner learned a lot hands on by family, I also went to school to be an electrician & got universal certified in HVAC & Refrigeration. Even though those are a great assets to the company I didn't want to limit myself so I chose to take a different route with the company & do it all from the studs to the roof while maintaining the no job to small motto & offering handyman services along the way!
