DelishNOLA was attentive and responsive from the start, answering my (many) questions and being flexible to menu requests. Everything was delicious, the chef was professional and personable, and the overall experience could not have been better.
Today I met a phenomenal chef in Jewel Robinson. The brunch that was prepared was impeccable. From the service, presentation, history behind satsumas, and I can not forget the five course dishes, Chef Jewel put her foot in everything!!! Not literally though. I can not wait to tell all who I know about Chef Jewel and look forward to using her talents in the near future. Wonderful spirit.
Our wedding cake made by Chef Coni was fantastic. It was exactly as we described we wanted, was delicious, and gorgeous. She will be making our next cake as well.
We had the chef come to the house for our 30th Bday weekend and cook for 10 ladies. He cooked gumbo and jambalaya...but also cooked shrimp and grits randomly per one of the ladies request! He was reasonably priced and more than willing to share his knowledge and time with us.
Chef Rita has made some of the most memorable and delicious meals I have ever had. I continuously look forward to dining at the PDR, and am excited to see what the future holds for this talented chef!!
I have the fortune of receiving a plate of food by this man who calls himself Chef P. I know him through his wife I work with her. I need to let you all know that I am an extremely picky eater but the food this Chef prepares is outstanding. I had a stuffed bell pepper for the first time in my life and it was absolutely delicious I ate the entire pepper. I had dirty rice peas and a salad and I can't wait for his food truck and then his restaurant because I will most definitely invest. Thank you Pho Pho for providing this incredible food experience and thank you Chef P! Outstanding!!!

Working with Chef Derrick was extremely simple.. He was very punctual, detail oriented and very polite. His pricing was fair, especially for the quality of his work.. And let me tell you about his cooking. OMG his Florentine Stuffed Chicken is to DIE for lol.. Will definitely hire again in the future..
Tim made my vision a reality. I couldnt have asked for a better turn out for surprising my wife. He is a true professional and I highly recommend his services. Everything was on point and tailor fit to my requests. Tim was very personable and efficient. We had a ton of food on our plates. So much so I couldnt even finish the main course. The dessert complimented the main course as well. My wife was truly surprised. This was my first time ever experiencing a private chef and I was no where near disappointed. If youre thinking about hiring Tim, STOP thinking....just DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed!!
