This is not a a PC repair business. It's his dad's business which does not work on pc's. No one was present with pc knowledge even after telling him I would be bringing my lap top by. Wasted time coming here.

Hi Steve, I am sorry about your negative feelings towards me. You are correct that is my Dad's business that I use only as a drop off location as we discussed in the quote. The way that I work is customers drop off the equipment that needs worked on at my Dads business I pick them up and work on them at another location. I start by running a diagnostics which takes a few hours minimum so that I can fully check the hardware followed by checking for software issues, I then let my customers know my findings by phone or email as soon as the diagnostics has been completed with my recommendations on the fix including if there are any extra fees involved, such as adding or replacing hardware. Once work is done I let the customer know so they can pick the equipment back up. Payment is due at the end once the customer is 100% satisfied. In the future I will discuss the location with future customers more before they drop them off.
