- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing based on industry standards. 10% military and police discount. Jobs above $300 will require a 50% deposit for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For landscaping we will schedule a meeting to view the property and talk with you about what you would like to have done. We will send you an itemized quote within 24 hours and if you accept we will have a crew scheduled to perform the work on their next available date. We will not bill the job until you sign off on the work. For lawn care we can measure your property and give you a price quote within minutes over the phone or through email. If you accept our rate we will set up a crew to start mowing upon our next available date. We bill mowing jobs the day of the work performed via credit card.
