Introduction: I am certified to teach vinyasa yoga. I can teach anyone from beginner to a more advanced student. I have no issue catering each session to what the student needs and finds most valuable in their practice.
I can also walk students through guided meditation. I have no issue teaching for groups as well as private lessons.
