Diana has helped me to transform my health and fitness level, and shown me the importance of changing my life. I have known Diana for years, but it wasn’t until recently I asked for her support. I was determined to lose weight after the holiday season in the beginning of 2013, so I asked Diana for advice on diet and exercise.
