His management team and work crews were respectful and courteous while in our home. Communication from project managers was excellent and they creatively handled some unknown challenges that inevitably pop up over the course of a project like this one. I interviewed 14 different vendors, eventually selecting Vista. They were the ONLY vendor to dig into all of the nuances of the project, taking the time to build full proposals including suggestions and research they had done above and beyond what we discussed. They (Gus and Raf) even came back out to the property a second time to triple-check measurements and walk us through their first thoughts, and then scheduled video conferences to validate their understandings and share the planned proposals.Through every step of the process they have been communicative, clear and open with plans, timelines and any roadblocks. They worked hand in hand with the building department, ensuring that every step of the project was documented with photos and videos, and that updates were shared consistently.
