What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Getting students huge SAT/ACT score improvements. Getting students the results they deserve. We see a lot of students who do well in their classes but just aren't good test takers, and parents who are distraught about their scores. The SAT and ACT are strange tests, and it takes specific training to get better at these tests. Our favorite moment is score release after every test - we get hundreds of emails from happy students who have improved more than they could have thought possible. We've helped them open doors to better colleges and brighter futures.

My daughter used the online prep and increased her score from 30 to 32. She enjoyed flexibility, short quizzes, which made it possible for her to fit her preparation with her school assignments, and easy format. She did qualify for the money back guarantee by mastering all the modules and we got it without problems. We followed their instructions from PrepScholar to get ACT scores from ACT by mail (had to pay a small fee but worth the refund). We recommend the program, we feel that it helped us and a higher ACT score makes us more confident to begin the college application process.

Count me as a very satisfied customer. Our son increased his scores by exactly the amount Prep Scholar represented. His scores increased from 31 to 34. This is a very meaningful increase in terms of range of potential schools and scholarship money - as well as a great value. I had every intention of holding prep scholar to their guarantee and they were straight forward about what was necessary to claim it (completed lesson plans on the web site). To be honest, he did not meet the minimum to be eligible for the money back guarantee due to other academic / extra curricular commitments. Even with a reduced amount of time spent studying, the course prepared him well as he saw increases in every subject area. If your child can commit 30 hours over 2 months, He will absolutely see results - guaranteed. Our 8th grade daughter will be using the course in the future.

Our son took the ACT the fall of his junior year & was disappointed that his scores were lower than he expected. Prior to taking them again in the spring, we discovered Prep Scholar & he was able to get in about 40 hours of lessons before retaking the test. He increased his score in each category (including a 6-point jump in science) & his composite score increased by 3 points as well. Definitely worth it!

Amazing! The program is super flexible so you can budget your time however you want, but they still keep you on track by reminding you about study sessions with texts, and sending your self-made study schedule for the week to your parents. The 1st practice test with prepscholar I got 1 29, then I got a 35 for my real test. Also much less expensive than having tutors once or twice a week, since you can go on the site as much as you want

I took my first SAT at the beginning of junior year in high school after about 5 months of lazy studying with a review book. I was very disappointed with my score (under 2000). After doing some research I found prepscholar, and their +240 points or money back policy was very appealing. It was very good preparation and I saw my scores rise as I took practice tests. Finally, after I finished the program I decided to take the SAT again in about 3 months. I scored 2250, improving almost 300 points. If anyone is serious about improving their scores on standardized tests then prepscholar is the way to go.

Ever since 7th grade, I had always wanted to go to Texas A&M and get a degree in Civil Engineering. As of about a year ago, I got a composite score of 22 on the ACT and immediately, I knew that wasn't good enough and that I was going to work much harder. I started to use PrepScholar last spring and I used it throughout the summer last year. My last chance at the ACT came in the fall of last year and when I took it, I felt very confident and that I had improved very much. When I received my scores back, I had gotten a composite score of 24 and all of my scores on the four ACT sections had improved a lot as well. Also, I submitted my application to Texas A&M last fall including the better and more recent scores. Around a month ago, I heard back that I had been accepted and I now have an awesome opportunity to pursue my dream in Civil Engineering. Overall, PrepScholar helped me study well, but efficiently. The program was easy to use and I am very grateful that it helped me very much.

Prep scholar is a very helpful program. I improved my previous score by 140 points. It is easy to use, and it allows you to view your progress which proved to be very encouraging! I am now using prep scholar to prepare for the ACT. Great experience, and I definitely recommend it.

My son studied for the old format SAT and the program worked well for him. He only put in the minimal time recommended but still had an increase of 270 points. He has since taken the new SAT and feel like he did even better. It was money well spent

My daughter was not happy with her first ACT score so I set out to find a tailored program that would focus on her areas of weakness, namely reading and science. I stumbled upon Prepscholar two months before her next test. She put in 30 plus hours of online learning and raised her score from 30 to 33! Even though she improved her reading by only 1 point, she gained a respectable 4 point in science, and an amazing 6 point in English making it a perfect 36! And they delivered on their 4+point guarantee. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about the service. My daughter Jessica took the ACT 3x and was stuck at a 26. She spent 2 months studying with Prep Scholar at about 5 hours per week and raised her score to a 31.She is a junior with some time left as well to study and take it again. I figure it just saved us $100k plus. She would not have been able to do it without Prep Scholar. If you have a student and they are discipline you will get the results out of Prep Scholar. I tell everyone I meet with kids taking the exams to use it. I have never written one of these reviews before but it is an incredible program and to see the excitement in my daughter's face when she got her results was tremendous. Prep's process is unique. Don't cut corners and take the 5 practice tests under test conditions and you will see results. This is the best money we have ever spent!
