I came to Bren because I wanted to work on some new monologues and prepare for graduate school auditions. Bren was so generous with her resources, helping me find the right pieces for me, and helping shape them into pieces that showed my skill and personal style. After I chose the right monologues, I continued working with Bren for a few months to prepare for grad school. She was such a source of support, helping me believe in myself and my artistry, and giving me valuable insight into the world of professional acting and graduate programs. If you're looking to prepare for the next stage of your acting career, or are looking for help with any public speaking or presentation skills, I highly recommend Bren for her experience, her insight, and her generosity of spirit.

Lisa is great. Lisa is all about learning the right way, positive reinforcement and truly caring about your child. I first reached out to Lisa for SSAT's but realized she made it much more than that. Lisa is a true educator about how to learn and what you as a parent can do to help. My daughter test scores improved in reading and reading comprehension (her weakness) and in math. Building confidence in herself and in reading is what Lisa does. Having a child who embraces reading now is what it is all about, life long results are the best results. Can't say enough.

I hired Lisa for life coaching. I needed help to lose 50 pounds, had no motivation. She was great! Really positive, very knowledgeable and stayed with me the entire time until I reached my goal. I refer her to friends for coaching.

Leadership coaching is an excellent personal and professional development resource and I found it to be a wonderful experience! It is also effective when coupled with other leadership development training programs. The personal interaction and meetings with Rob were awesome! They provided a mechanism for safe, open, and confidential thought provoking dialogue. Discussions with Rob energized me and gave me an opportunity to discuss issues, thoughts, and feelings and work through them to develop proactive solutions. I would highly recommend incorporating Rob's skills and abilities as a personal leadership coach to anyone serious about improving their leadership capabilities. There are things to consider before the coaching process. Specific leadership development goals should be established at the beginning of the coaching process, regardless if the customer wants to create them or not. The Coach should require this step. The lack of up front goal setting makes it difficult to measure progress and effectiveness of the coaching process.

Rob's energy and passion for what he does are clear right away. He always has a positive outlook and will help you find the silver lining in every situation. When I first spoke with him, I was having some trouble being underappreciated at work. Rob offered sound advice and was always there for me when I needed him. Highly recommend Rob as a life and business coach, motivational speaker and all of the above!

I came to Rob for executive coaching services while I started a new job search. Rob was able to help me set goals, keep me accountable, look at how I could change my search approach and encourage me to become more personal/less digital in my networking. He is patient but firm, which is absolutely what I needed. Thank you, Rob! I know the right position is out there waiting for me.

I first met Diane over 10 years ago when she was hired by Fidelity Investments to help Investor Center representatives build more relations with their clients and grow their networks. As the Global Learning leader at NATIXIS, I reconnected with Diane - as I needed help to get our employees more comfortable at business events and functions. I hired Diane on a number of occasions to help build the skill and confidence of our employees many of whom were introverted. Diane's content, facilitation, and engagement is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH! She is a true pro - bringing the audience along with her with great content and ability to "put it to use" right away! The feedback from all participants was 5 stars across the board! She has tremendous energy coupled with real life stories and examples. Sometimes you roll the dice on so called "experts" - but not the case with Diane. She would be an invaluable speaker, contributor, or developer for nearly any event or program! I wholeheartedly recommend Diane for any engagement - large or small! I recently attended one of Diane's networking seminars. Diane is a refreshing and engaging speaker and she made learning about networking fun! I walked away with very practical advice on how to network as well as tips on improving my resume and LinkedIn profile. Even if you are a networking "pro" you will learn a lot from Diane!

Dana is not only a superb instructor, coach and motivator, she has a gift at connecting with you and understanding your needs. I have been training with Dana for about four years. She has provided me with invaluable insights and coaching during my transition from my 250 lbs to my now 185 lbs self. I have trained with a lot of coach's but Dana is one of the few that has that unique ability to understand your body and its needs. She doesn't just throw out cue's, phrases or route ideas. Dana takes the time to learn your needs and how best to get you there. Simple put, she cares. She knows when to push you, challenge you and when its time to rest. Dana has provide me with many motivating moments, but one I'll never forget was during a week that was particularly stressful at work. I came it to do some mild to heavy lifting to get the stress out. But as I loaded the bar up with weight I routinely lifted it was difficult and frustrating. She was observing from the side. Instead of yelling, cuing me, or challenging me to push harder she recognized something else was happening. She instructed me to rack the weight, then asked how much sleep I had? I said 3.5 hours. She said, "you're done, you go sleep then come back." Other coach's would have not made that observation nor thought to ask in that moment. But she was very observant and understands well how the "whole body" plays into your training. Additionally, when I am well rested and training. Dana has that rare ability to coach your individual needs. She is not a one size fits all coach. This has also been invaluable in my training and improving my form over the years. Finally, she grows with you. Dana has experience with the beginner to the professional athlete. She has been able to coach me as well as when I was 250 lbs as I am now at 185 lbs and the more fit I have ever been in my life. You will not go wrong with Dana!

Dana is a great trainer! She will help push you to get stronger and work hard but will do so in such an encouraging way. Having no strength training background before, she was incredibly patient and taught me a lot! She is one of the most fun and inspirational coaches I have ever had. You can tell she loves helping people and provides great advice for creating an overall healthy lifestyle.

To whom it my concern: I had the great fortune of a serendipitous introduction to Ms. Iafrate during a marketing program to develop an outreach campaign. We had a simple phone call exchange. I hung up I said to myself “either that woman is a direct descendant of PT Barnum or I just got off the phone with one of the most authentic, sincere and dynamic women that ever came across the bow of Grab The Torch” I was so impressed, and to a certain degree intrigued and curious to meet her, I scheduled a lunch. I was delighted that it was the latter. After lunch, I knew she would be invited to speak at our 2016 Boston Institute. As the founder of a Leadership, Ethics, Empathy and Philanthropy Institute every speaker and panelist that I select must fit perfectly with our mission, so you can imagine how careful I am in the process. This was a very good decision. Ms. Iafrate was the final speaker of the day. She followed The John Hancock/Boston Marathon and WGBH/William Lowell of the Lowell Institute. The pervious speakers delivered great content, but it had been a very long day for the girls. She had been sitting in the audience surveying and getting a pulse of the day, along with the ‘temperature’ of the girls. Even the most seasoned and professional speakers find that time of day, combined with being a first-time presenter a tough and intimidating time slot. She walked on stage and in an almost unimaginable way, immediately flipped a switch unleashing excitement and engagement in a thoughtful and meaningful way. She was prepared and ready to provide a launching pad for the girls. The presentation moved along at a pace that stimulated reflection and participation, without losing them for a second. She drew them in, opened their minds to new ideas and processes. She gave them a clearer lens to view themselves and others around them. She then turned the tables and unleased them. The room was abuzz with laughter and excitement, accompanied by a purposeful call to action. The execution was flawless. I, without any reservation or hesitation wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Ms. Iafrate. I think the following statements directly from the girls are more powerful than anything I could ever say. “The way Ms. Iafrate connected with us and spoke to us like equals made me truly want to absorb everything she said. Her ability to successfully communicate her tips in a succinct and sometimes humorous manner is what makes her unforgettable. Forever leaning in” “I never thought two words (lean in) would ever have such a profound impact on me. It wasn’t the phrase, but how it was delivered to me. Ms. Iafrate open the door to a new and enlighten way to lead my life. My favorite speaker of the week at GTT” Dave Aldrich Founder and CEO Grab The Torch daldrich@grabthetorch.org

Aaron is a dynamic and energetic speaker who within minutes had our students hooked on his positive message and thought-provoking questions. He spoke to the students about believing in themselves and challenges them all to visualize their great qualities. He has also done performances and sang at our graduation ceremonies for the past two years. Not only is his motivational speaking great, but he is just a real, compassionate and caring person. His dedication to supporting youth is inspiring.

Students were actively engaged in discussions surrounding the importance of having self-confidence and self-assurance to achieve one’s dreams. The speech also gave the students the opportunity to see that their peers have similar emotions regarding self-awareness. Students can be inspired by Aaron’s journey to his own self-confidence.

When I read "I Call Myself Earth Girl" I was fascinated with the story of how a husband and wife were trying to comprehend a crazy life experience. The descriptive words hooked me and the plot reeled me in so quickly that I couldn't put it down. I just had to figure out the mystery! I must say, I didn't see what was coming, so when it did I was deeply affected. Jan Krause Greene is an amazing author, a very articulate activist for the well-being of earth and expresses her concerns about Mother Earth in such a way that you see them as your concerns too.

March of 2013 I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jacqui Senn at the Repowering Women: Knowledge IS Power conference event with South Central Alliance of Churches. Jacqui joined me and other motivational speakers as a Keynote Speaker who's topic of address was Identifying & Surviving Abuse. Though often times this subject is challenging to tackle Jacqui did it with such grace, strength, passion, and pose until there was barely a dry eye in the house. Jacqui is a professional speaker with an empowering courageous story to share with others who have walked a mile in her shoes. I was impressed with Jacqui, her testimony, and her professionalism. If you are looking for an awe-inspiring speaker I would recommend Jacqui Senn every time.

Thomas E. Smith, cofounder of The Thomas E. Anyone who has had the opportunity to meet Thomas will speak to his ability to engage the audience from start to finish due to the the improbable nature of his story and how he has overcome two lifetimes' worth of adversity.
