FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects one-on-one, in-person professional coaching. Studio sessions follow the rates listed on my profile. In-home personal training is available at different rates depending on location and logistics. All clients begin with a free introductory session to ensure expectations are clear and the right training structure is established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free introductory session to discuss goals, movement history, and expectations. If we’re a good fit, I recommend a clear training structure and schedule. From there, one-on-one in-person training begins, either at my studio or at the client’s preferred location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching and Exercise Science. I have advanced education and hands-on experience in corrective exercise and functional training, and I’ve worked as a strength & conditioning coach with elite-level athletes. I have been actively coaching one-on-one since 2010.
