- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 45 minute packages, virtual training, Corporate Bootcamp, and Bootcamp on the Charles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set up an initial session to go over your goals and set a baseline. We will also do a mini workout so I can see how you move. After, we will make a schedule for you and start working towards your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's important to always be learning, as well as up to date on the latest trends. I also re- certify every 2 years with NASM.
