- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
JET's pricing structure is based off commitment. The bigger the commitment, the lower the per session rate and the more value your package has. Commitment and consistency will allow both trainer and client to establish a strong foundation to continue to build on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take every client through a consultation and fitness assessment. One of our trainers will take you through different movement patterns, strength tests, balance and conditioning work. Using that information and what you're wanting to achieve, we're able to create a full fitness program tailored, specifically, for your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of the fitness professionals on our team not only have up to date certifications through ASCM, NASM, ACE and ISSA, but also specialty certifications ranging from MMA, nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, and more.
