Welcome to MELD! We are a boutique personal training studio, where each session has no more than 4 members. We tailor the program to each member's unique level of fitness by progressing or regressing the program to meet our members needs. Busy adults have very little time to waste on fitness activities that don't work, but in our 45 minute session we provide customized fitness sessions that are modified by to your needs. We are a fun loving fit family and our goal is to build a healthy community. We live by the creed Laugh. Train. Change.

I have been going to NLF for over a year and have seen great results. Each trainer brings their own style to the classes and they push you to reach past what you think your limits are. I often leave thinking I won't be able to walk up the 4 flights of stairs to my apartment! Like any workout program, it helps when the trainers can get to know you and help you achieve your personal goals. I live in the North End so the studio is super convenient, but it also means I have no excuse to not show up for class ;)

Fun. Safe. Effective. When you want to keep coming back because it's fun, and you can keep coming back because it's safe you have a winning combination. Best value in personal training in Boston.I met Micah, the owner, at an educational event where he was busy trying to better his best for you.If youre in Boston looking for personal training, weight loss or a fitness program you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

I'm not a fan of the gym (or working out in general) so looked around for in-home personal training options. I figured if someone was going to show up at my house, I'd be less likely to find excuses. I found NLF and signed up for the $20 trial session. I felt more comfortable training with a woman so selected Myra to train me. I really liked the trial session so when the president of the company called to see if I'd want to keep training, I decided to go for it. He helped me try to find a program that was within my budget and has been very helpful throughout my membership. Myra has been an amazing trainer, mixing things up each week and even making a modified routine for me after I had to have a minor medical procedure. Personal training is rather pricey but NLF seems to be on par for other in-home training programs I've seen. And if you sign up for a longer period of time, each session is less expensive. If you want to workout at home, I highly recommend NLF (and Myra).

NFL is a great option for personal and small group training no matter what shape you're in. I am training for another marathon and want to add some serious strength training to avoid injury and that's exactly what my personal training sessions at NFL gives me! I leave every week a little bit stronger than I came. Additionally, my trainer (Katie) goes above and beyond to check in during time in between our training sessions to see how I feel and if I need grocery lists. NFL is invested in my success as if I'm not just their client but also their friend! In terms of the small group training classes, these are a real gem. They are capped at 3 people so it's very attentive and is similar to personal training. Additionally, they even try to group skill levels together in the class so that the workouts are the best use of everyone's time....I think that is going the extra mile for their clients. And the price! The price breakdown comes within other fitness classes in boston...but instead of a room of 45 people and the instructor it's just you and two others!PS they are on ClassPass :)
