- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching system is fully online, structured, and personalized. Pricing is determined based on session frequency and the level of support required. Before starting, we complete a short evaluation and strategy session. This ensures the right structure, the right pace, and long-term sustainability , not guesswork or rushed decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phase 1 — Strategy & Fit You complete a short intake form, followed by a 20-minute online strategy session. This is not a workout. It’s where we clarify goals, expectations, and overall fit. Phase 2 — Program & Enrollment If we’re aligned, I recommend the most appropriate coaching structure and session frequency. Phase 3 — Online Coaching Begins For first-time clients, a 3-session starter package is recommended. After package enrollment, 1:1 online coaching begins. Sessions are delivered either directly by me or by vetted coaches from our team, all working under the same standards and methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching and Exercise Science. I’ve completed advanced training in corrective exercise, functional training, and strength & conditioning for elite Olympic-level athletes. I’ve been actively coaching since 2010 and continuously update my methods and systems.
