About
I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with over 30,000 hours of professional one-on-one coaching experience.
I work with clients who are looking for proper, science-based, and sustainable results.
Training sessions are conducted at my private fitness studio in Boston, offering a focused and professional environment. I also provide one-on-one training at my clients’ home gyms or apartment gyms, depending on their preference.
In-home personal training is available upon request and is offered at different rates.
As a former national athlete and an Olympic-level strength & conditioning coach, I do not use generic, one-size-fits-all programs. I hold a university degree in exercise science and coaching.
Each session is individually designed based on your movement patterns, recovery capacity, and adaptation process, ensuring a fully personalized training experience.
If you are not looking for short-term fixes, but instead want disciplined, reliable coaching, a clear structure, and long-lasting, personalized results, we can start with a free initial consultation.

The best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I feel comfortable during the workouts, I can handle the exercises without feeling exhausted, and at the same time I’ve seen results much faster than with other trainers — results I didn’t even achieve after six months of intensive training.

Can is good. I'm instantly feeling better after starting to workout with him. Just right balance between overtired and too easy. Always attentive, responsive and professional. Obviously very knowledgeable about anatomy and knows what he's doing. Recommended.

I’ve been training with Can for about 5-6 weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. He has a keen focus on form and the quality of each rep, which has helped me feel significantly stronger. Can also makes workouts enjoyable, turning each session into a fun challenge. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their fitness!

All clients begin with a free introductory session to ensure expectations are clear and the right training structure is established.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free introductory session to discuss goals, movement history, and expectations.
If we’re a good fit, I recommend a clear training structure and schedule.
