Alex is a really great trainer. As someone has never worked with a personal trainer before, he really makes things accessible. I've noticed significant strength gains in areas that were underappreciated before I worked him (glutes and core) and these in turn have had a very positive effect on my every day life. It's amazing how personal training improves not only my body but my attitude and clears my mind. This would not have happened for me if I didn't have Alex as my PT. I am a 62 year old female and I've progressed so much working with him. There is so much to say about him, but Alex is the best. He is constantly seeking to stay current on training styles. He understands me and listens to what I am looking to achieve. He adjusts his style to my level to help me progress. He's careful, very observant and motivating. I've progressed so much working with Alex. He keeps me from injury especially with lifts. He starts me off slowly until I can master a goal before moving to the next one. He is patient and listens. Alex is great at tailoring a fitness program that focuses on your goals. He makes the sessions full, focused and fun. I’ve worked with a number of PT’s but Alex differentiates himself by really knowing his stuff, keeping you on track coupled with nutritional advise. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices vary depending on frequency on sessions you are looking for. Dont think price, think how you are bettering yourself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First initial in person intake will begin with a 60 minute FREE consultation. where we will discuss exercise history, lifestyle and nutrition. then run through some non-sexy assessments to help me better understand how to program for your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Strongfirst level 1 kettlebell instructor, NASM certified personal trainer and most importantly 7 years hands on experience working my way up, making mistakes and over time sharpening my skills as a coach. Dont let fancy letters after a trainers name or how they look on instagram fool you.
