I narrowed down an initial batch of potential resume writers to three. In hindsight, I feel like an idiot that I didn't lock in on Chuck over the two offers immediately. He demonstrated tremendous professionalism and dutiful attention to detail in producing a pair of high-quality deliverables. He didn't offer any sort of cookie-cutter responses that would have led to a dull, pointless resume. He wanted to offer more than his competitors and, more importantly, he cared about providing the highest level of customer service to me.
