Introduction: I have over 11 years of experience working with men and women of many different ages and fitness levels. I know how to push my clients so they will achieve positive results! I am very thoughtful and creative when designing workouts and try to make exercise a fun and exhilarating experience.
I also specialize in boxing workouts and corrective exercise (helping clients with injuries/stiff muscles and joints)
