We had the smoothest time selling with Adelino and his company Vicente Realty. To be honest, our house was a bit of a fixer upper and we weren't in a position to spend money upping our maintenance and equity. He came in to do an initial visit and took some photos and pointed out what he recommended we do in order to be market ready. And we did. We made our updates, aggressively priced based on the local market, had an open house to kick off, and within 21 days we had an offer under agreement. He had one of his associates coordinate with us for the day-to-day details of coordinating contractors or getting signatures on this and that. But overall the process was simple and streamline. He has a very calming demeanor and can rely on experience. His positive mental attitude is one of his biggest attributes. It can definitely help you feel at ease that you have done the hard part of simply deciding "Yes, I want to sell my house," and Adelino and his team will handle the rest. I have total confidence he will conduct nothing but the most stress free, smooth and fast transactions for you and your family.

I contacted Adelino Vicente June 2nd, 2018 and by August 15th, 2018 I was already a homeowner. I often here people looking for home for 6 or more months but Adelino listened and delivered on my needs. He assisted me in every step of the way-From obtaining a pre-approval, finding a dream home, negotiation, inspection, and closing. I had an attorney involved, a loan officer and him. I found myself constantly just reaching out to him for all my questions and he was always available, and helpful and he knew all the answers. Even after closing, he has been there for me finding new tenant, and screening them. I had to do some minor renovation he was quick to help me find local plumber and electrician. I feel I picked the right person with the one right set of skills for this transaction. Thank you for everything. I will talk to everyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

From financing to closing, Merysa was extremely involved in every step of my journey to homeownership and I truly believe I couldn't have picked a better agent. She is dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable.
