They were very responsive and punctual. They did a good job with our roof and they were very professional. Starting from the inspection by Joe to finishing by Jose, we’re informed about what they’d do and what to expect. They didn’t take a picture of a part for the updated work and I complained. The next day the team showed up again to take pictures of it. One opportunity for improvement is that the workers were waiting for some time during our job as someone went to get some materials needed. As a result the overall task took longer than we/they expected. Once they had everything, the task went smoothly. Will hire again if needed.

BR was great, they came out inspected the roof, found it was not a fascia board but the chimney that was leaking. Other’s had come out and said it was the flashing but it’s a brand new roof. So they figured out what the actual issue was instead of just telling me it was the brand new flashing that was to be replaced. So thank you Blue Rhino, your team was fantastic to work with!

Great company! Came to evaluate my roof the same day I inquired. Days later, I have a beautiful new roof. The owner, Luis, was the only contractor out of 5 that I saw that actually got up on my roof and thoroughly examined it. He was prepared with shingle and underlayment swatches and thoroughly explained the process. His crew worked from 7:30AM to 7:30PM and were very meticulous in their clean up. Then the next morning Luis and his foreman came back to inspect all work. Blue Rhino was also among the most competitive quotes I received and more than $10K less than quotes from 2 of the larger Advertised companies. So, Buyer Beware! Thank Blue Rhino team!

Prices that are too good to be true A roof has a high price, but that's because of the labor involved and the roof should last 30-50 years. Our workmanship is excellent and we only use high-quality products
