Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Since every voice is different, what I do in a lesson with each student is unique to them. And since your body is the instrument, I take in account the whole body when I teach singing; learning the art of singing is a mind/body process and a wonderful discovery that extends beyond the voice alone. I also teach the importance of connecting to emotion while singing. That is a part of the process and is not separate from vocal technique. I love the relationships that I build with my students and the joy it brings. I love watching my students discover their voices in new ways. There is nothing like seeing a student do something they never knew they could do with their voice and their eyes light up at the discovery! I love seeing my students grow over time. The study of voice is a lifelong journey. And I love listening to my students.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A trial lesson is the best way to see how a teacher works and if it's a good fit.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Learning to sing takes time, patience, and practice. There is no overnight fix. Since our body is our instrument, our voice is basically effected by everything we do, feel, and think and that's ok! My job is to help my students get to a greater freedom in their body so they can sing freely and with ease. Some days are easier than others.
