- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and vary depending on the size of the home and the type of cleaning (basic or deep). I offer special discounts for clients who book regular cleanings, such as weekly or biweekly. Everything is done transparently—no hidden fees, and I bring all the necessary products and materials. If you have any special needs, just let me know and I'll prepare a personalized quote with care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me, I begin by carefully listening to their needs: the type of cleaning, the size of the space, and their expectations. Afterward, I ask a few quick questions (via text or phone) to better understand the space and provide a fair and transparent quote. If the client prefers, I can also schedule a time to visit the home before the cleaning, personally assess the area, and discuss everything in more detail. Afterward, we agree on the best day and time for the service. On the day of the cleaning, I arrive punctually, bring all the necessary materials, and perform the service with great care and attention to detail. Finally, I make sure to confirm with the client that everything was exactly as they expected. Customer satisfaction is always my priority!

I have years of practical experience in residential and commercial cleaning services, always striving for excellence in every detail. I've learned hands-on how to perform deep cleaning, organize spaces, and use professional products correctly for each type of surface. Furthermore, I'm always seeking to learn more, staying up-to-date on new developments, techniques, and tips to provide an ever-improving service. My greatest "certificate" is my clients' satisfaction and the visible results after each service.
