This is the second time I’ve used Aquia and I love working with him. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to work on my home and also very curious about every step of the project and how it’s going. Aguia is great because he doesn’t get defensive if I probe or inquire. He recently built a Mahogany fence and gate to hide our garbage bins that’s beautiful (see pic). It was a back and forth process in the design, placement, materials, etc that resulted in the final product. He also did a bunch of electrical work in my garage that included placing lights and outlets. He works efficiently and his pricing is fair. He’s also very customer centric.I couldn’t be happier with his work and will definitely use him again.

I can’t recommend Aguia and his team enough. They spent over a week at my house fixing several areas that had been damaged by dry rot. I had fears of inside walls being opened and tens of thousands of dollars of expense. Instead, Aguia attacked the problem from the outside-in and was able to preserve as much of the internal wall framing structure as possible without disturbing any of the interior walls. You can barely notice where he removed the old exterior siding and replaced it with new. It’s an old house so matching the siding wasn’t easy. He also identified where water was getting into the structure and addressed it so we won’t experience the problem again. His finish work was high quality and he pays attention to every detail. I could see he really cares about his work. He was also very good about providing fair estimates and communicating what needed to be done. I will absolutely use him again. He’s also a lovely human being as are his workers. I’d give him 6 stars if I could!

We remodeled our kitchen-dinning with Aguia. He transformed it from old rustic to modern open concept kitchen. We did flooring, painting, peninsula, cabinet & appliances (including chimney) installation with him. He is skilled and detail oriented to do the job with great finish and planning. He is experienced to suggest what could look better. He completed our kitchen remodel in just one month and lot of our friends could not believe that it was done so fast. He is punctual, professional and easy to work with. We are already planning next projects with him and definitely recommend to our friends.

I started 2001 working at a construction company that I was responsible for many work in that area...home improvement, management, painting, carpentry faming and finish, tile and more, al type of construction, staring of the foundation until finish, the company required quality finish, the projects alway was realized in brookline and newton, dedham, boston, weslleley, usually the houses were townhouses or single families and build, usually the houses were townhouses or single families and build, I really liked what I did, but always with limitations, so I decided to open my own company so that I could do even better
