I live in Maine, but my daughter is going to school at Gordon College. I was very fortunate to select Matt on "Thumbtack". Although I have never personally met Matt, he has been very professional, responded promptly to my inquiries and has been up front with me about the cost of the repairs needed. Matt was also willing to go out of his way to meet my daughter at the campus to pick-up her computer. When the repairs were completed Matt delivered the computer back to my daughter on campus. I am very grateful for Matt's willingness to go above and beyond just repairing the computer. He also gave my daughter a power cord that he had at his office because my daughter's was not working properly. I also asked Matt if he could take care of the pop-ups that were interfering with the computer and he did so with a minimal fee. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone that is having computer problems. If, my daughter ever has computer problems again Matt will be the first person I will contact. In my experience before i met Mr Steve I went to with other technical support provider service for to fix my computer, is only work well the first week and then all the virus return back again and running slowly. This never happened again since Mr Steven. worked in my lapto it has been more than 3 months he fixed my computer and it still running and working efficiency like new, with high quality programs he installed in my computer . Ron came and worked hard to fix the problem, unfortunately it required a new computer, which he delivered and set up. Seemed like a fair price and everything is working well. He also provided us with information regarding the replacement of our modem with Comcast, which we were unaware needed replacing.

Sabertech Systems Inc. is not your average computer repair place. I needed a reliable, affordable place near where I live. Sabertech isn't near me but they were willing to come get the laptop and return it to me when it's done so I wouldn't have to take my baby on a out of town car ride to bring the laptop to a repair place. If I don't get my other two laptops situated with the Wi-Fi drivers I'll have to have them looked at as well by Sabertech one at a time so that way my husband and I have a laptop to use because the one that's about to be returned soon is my step-daughters and she needs it for when college starts. The only problems is depending on when Sabertech does get the laptops there's a wait while others they have gotten in before gets done. I don't mind the wait as long as they get fixed, work the way they are supposed to and are returned as promised.
