Before I went to Michelle’s boot camp classes, I had never tried anything more than walking and jogging. Going to a gym only made me feel more insecure and just wasn’t my scene. When I’m in Michelle’s boot camp class, I have more confidence and can completely be myself. I’m surrounded by great women who come from varying athletic backgrounds. It doesn’t matter if you have never run or played a sport in your life. Michelle shows you how to correctly do each exercise and tailors each one based on your individual fitness level. She’s a very positive coach who provides a lot of encouragement to keep going, even when you don’t think you can go any further. Michelle is an excellent trainer who believes in your full potential and helps you reach your fitness goals.

I have been working out with Trent for the past 2 months, 3 times/week. Let me just put it this way, Trent showed up to train me in a walking boot and crutches and I still ended up having a killer session. Don't worry about his commitment, worry about yours! Because he's 100% in from day 1. He knows how to push you, and cross those imaginary limits you've created in your head. Let's just say there are somethings I wasn't able to do, that now I easily can. If you're serious about a transformation, he is your guy. Easy to work with, flexible, good sense of humor but doesn't joke around when it comes to working out. I have a long term goal with him, and happy to say that I'm on the right track after 2 months of working out with him.

At the time of this review I have been to see Melanie 6 times over the past month. When I decided to hire a personal trainer I was apprehensive, terrified and not really sure I even wanted to do it. I hate exercising. Let me repeat that. I HATE EXERCISING. Melanie immediately calmed all of my fears and corrected my preconceived "Hollywood" notions about personal trainers. She is very focused on helping me attain my goals in a way that is best for me. Even though she explains to me the "why" of each exercise she has me do, (which helps me stay focused on the correct form which I LOVE) the best thing Melanie does for me is keep me motivated. She is so very friendly and supportive. She makes me want to succeed even if it is just to see her get excited for me. I just know, no matter how defeated I feel once Melanie is smiling for me I will be to get though whatever it is she is asking me to do. She is the perfect personal cheerleader. Her excitement is infectious and she is the reason that after just a month I am starting to work out at home under my own motivation since she keeps me accountable, because I send her a text message when I have done stuff on my own, which keeps me going. Then we get to smile and be excited together. No matter what is going on around me or how many people are not eating right, exercising at all or are sensitive to my desire to change my lifestyle, I have Melanie in my camp so I am not alone anymore. I am very glad that I found her.

Beach boot camp is so much fun. Every session is different and we incorporated weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and games to change it up. You're outside getting a great work out and fresh air, and not stuck inside of a gym looking at the back of someone else's head on the machine in front of you. I actually look forward to boot camp every time. Now I can do more reps than when I started and I don't get so easily out of breath anymore! I would highly recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness! Thanks Jodi!

Jessi is extremely knowledgable... She worked with me to make a customized nutrition and exercise plan for weight loss and overall toning. I was able to lose 20 pounds before my wedding, and keep it off! I have never felt better! Jessi went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to exercise effectively to avoid injury and gain lean muscle without having to spend hours in the gym. She is also extremely fun and motivating, which really helped me stay on track!

I remember the first time I had a class with Jen, I left feeling like, I never want that again. The next few times, I was very anxious and found myself thinking - why didn't I change classes. It was only a short time when I grew to love her workouts and crave them. I found myself feeling better mentally, physically and emotionally. A year later, she "suckered" me into runner's boot camp. I reluctantly joined and thought to myself, "I'll just walk." Jen is very patient and understanding and works with your skills to get you to your unknown abilities. In just a short 5 months, I ran a 5k. Two months after that, I ran my first 10k and accomplished something that I never thought possible. Now I actually look forward to a good run and never thought I would say that. If you have the will, Jen will find a way and you will not be disappointed.

I have been attending Eastern MA Adventure Boot Camp since its inception almost 5 years ago. Without serious dieting I have dropped 15 pounds and 4 pants sizes. This is as fun as exercising can get! In all these years Shannon has virtually never repeated a routine. She keeps it fresh and keeps us motivated. I see no end to my attendance!

Kalin is a great trainer! He is good at motivating his clients to reach their fitness goals. He is also good at keeping the workouts different every time you train so that you dont get bored. I would recommend him as a trainer. His schedule is also very flexible.

I've been working out with Mike and CYBBC since June 2011. I'm a 41 year old male. When I started the workouts I was 198 lbs and now I'm at 183 lbs and feeling better than ever. I've had personal trainers; done the back bi's, chest, tri's workouts; and had a gym membership that gets inconsistent use. What makes Mike's program so effective is that he sets a specific weight goal for you, gives you a simple diet plan; is a workout coach and nutritional advisor for all clients. This is way more than a basic workout class taught by your local gym. I thought I was eating right and working out the right way to lose weight before joining CYBBC. The workouts push you to do the extra 20% effort that you could never do on your own. That extra 20% effort is what gets results. I haven't been in this kind of shape since high school. I'm stronger, faster and have loads more energy. Mike taught me what is takes. And it works.

Kathy has personal trained me and I have also taken her group exercise classes including spinning, weight training, kickboxing, boot camp, etc., for many years. I love working with her because she pushes you to work hard and gives you the confidence you need to go the distance. She is also very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to stretch and exercise the body to prevent injuries and also aid in their healing. I had a sore back once while training with her and she knew exactly what to do. I give her 5 stars because she has taken me above and beyond my goals.

I am a 25 year old former athlete who "fell off the exercise wagon" for some time. I've been taking boot camp style classes with Rachel for the past 6 months or so. Not only has Rachel helped me lose about 15 pounds, but because of her workouts I feel stronger and more confident with my body. Not to mention that our classes our always a blast! Rachel keeps us motivated throughout the workout even on days when we all may be feeling a little tired. She is always kind and flexible with my schedule and I highly recommend her as a personal or group trainer.

Whenever I saw Emanuel's Before and After photo's I said if he can go from 300 pounds to 200 when I first met him. I said there was some hope for me. I wanted to loose about 30 pounds. I lost 27 pounds total. I was pleased with my results. I went from size 20 in my clothes to a size 10. I was SHOCKED (in a good way) with my results. Then I stopped working out thinking I can maintain it on my own. I was wrong and gained all and more of my weight back. I am now back at Unified Fitness working out Faithfully enjoying Boot Camp with my fellow team members. We all have such a great time and I see everyone's Total Body Transformation.

Amazing bootcamp! Carrie is the ultimate motivator...I'm not a morning person but she puts the positive pressure on that makes you want to work. The routines vary daily so you don't feel stagnant which keeps it interesting and challenging. I feel energized and it keeps me going for the entire day. I can see the results already - Carrie keeps it fun & once it's done, you look forward to the day. The mix of workouts are a 'muscle confusion' for your body and the results happen quick. There is no comparison to a regular gym membership routine - you're working with a group. Everyone makes you accountable & at the end of the day you're glad you attended =)

I worked out with them at my house for a span of 6 months and was able to obtain the results I was looking for. Will, had me keep a food diary and would should it to him weekly for him to review. I wrote down the time of the day that I ate and portion sizes. I didn't like doing it at first, but once I realized that I had to show someone what I was eating made me think twice before eating it. I recently moved out of the area, so when they told me about the online boot camp program they were launching I signed up right away. Over the years I had gone through a lot of trainers from either them leaving the gym I was at or me changing gyms. When they told me I could still train with them even though I wasn't in the area anymore by joining their online program I was excited. Without them I wouldn't of achieved my weight loss goals and the new found confidence in how I feel.
