Gerry and his teams expertise enabled them to come up with a range of ways to execute a unique project with very limited access to the worksite and their experience with Boston ISD definitely helped get our permits issued quickly and without hold ups. His management team and work crews were respectful and courteous while in our home. Communication from project managers was excellent and they creatively handled some unknown challenges that inevitably pop up over the course of a project like this one. The finished work looks great and they managed to match the high quality finishes in the rest of the house flawlessly. Michelle Lee says, "Carlos and his team along with his subs did an amazing job in my North Andover home. They converted an extra living room into a bedroom, bathroom, and office with laundry. The project took 3 months to complete, and they worked very hard and diligently. Maciel, Alex, Josimar and others (electricians, painters, tile installer, even office folks) were extremely personable and patient with me and it really made my first renovation an enjoyable experience. Carlos and his team also helped me promptly with other issues I had in my home, all of which were executed extremely well:- a leak in the basement (plumbing and replacing sheetrock with drop ceiling tiles).- removing subfloor, retiling and replacing toilet and vanity in second floor bathroom- Resizing kitchen cabinets to allow up to code installation of new stoveI will continue to use Alcantara as my go to contractor and I highly recommend him to others.PS they are extremely busy, so being flexible goes a long way."See more
