We had Apex fix and finish a project that we had initially started with a previous contractor. Since we needed the project to be completed ASAP, Apex went the extra mile to find doors that were otherwise back ordered with delivery estimates around 6weeks. Apex got us the doors custom made and installed them within a couple days. Apex was easy to work with. They were responsive, professional, and ensured we were satisfied before leaving our home. We will certainly use them again for future projects.

I had exceptional service from Apex Built during painting and repairs to a residential house. Crews worked to completion with a final wrap up to ensure all the details were finalized according to contract. Communication was prompt and continuous throughout the project which was exceptional.

If you need a renovation CALL APEX BUILT! We have a 60 year old ranch that we’ve downsized to a couple of years ago, but there were a lot of changes we wanted to make so that the house would be easier to age in, allow for a better use of space and allow us to comfortably host friends and family. I feared that we’d find lots of “surprises” as we opened up areas and while showing Andre around expressed that we might need to do it in stages. Andre said, “Nancy, I’m going to create a plan to accommodate everything you want and make it so attractive that you won’t be able to say no.”. He did and we only said “Yes”! It involved removing exterior walls, constructing others, moving doors, new windows, a ramp and a vaulted ceiling in a brand new flex room. And it’s SPECTACULAR! So spectacular that folks from the surrounding streets (that we have never met) have stopped to say how great the house looks and how QUICKLY it was done- within 6 weeks! The construction crew of Lester, Brian and Gary… these young men pulled in most mornings at 7:30, only stopped for lunch and left most days at 5:30or later… they worked non-stop! The electrical team of Andy and Glen were great, too. There were several times when they suggested changes that I hadn’t considered and that was so appreciated. But, there was NO scope creep or pressure to do more. Andre and I worked out a project plan and it was the roadmap. There was a strong commitment to making sure that everything was done perfectly and that I was happy…. Every step of the way. I insisted that Andre put a sign up because I know people going by, seeing the process play out were wondering who was doing this great project. I couldn’t love the end product more! I’m sorry the photos have lots of decorations in them … if Andre and the app allow, I’ll put up photos after the holidays just showing their great work. Call them for your next project. You’ll be grateful that you did!!!
