Very active and very alert and got to work immediately on what I asked for. She was very quick and very assertive in finding the best plans for me. Denise is excellent! We wanted an all inclusive, direct flights, ocean view and she got everything we asked for at an amazing price. Her patience is refreshing, as we had no idea where we wanted to go and she checked each placed we presented to her within 24 hours or less. Her professionalism and desire to give her clients their dream vacation is impeccable. We can't wait for our trip to Jamaica this December. We will definitely post pictures during our vacation. I do a free vacation planning session (30 mins), sign client- services agreement (confirming I'm their travel agent) collect planning fee nonrefundable, do a new client intake (get their information so I can design their trip)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed and bonded certified independent Travel Agent (certificate in my photos). who specializes in Disney, & Caribbean couples and family's vacations? I constantly have to take trainings and keep up to date with license's etc.
