Introduction: Yoga is an inward journey. Inside of ourselves, we can discover peacefulness, happiness, strength, and focus. But the inward journey also helps everyone around us, because as we become more in tune with our bodies, minds, and experiences, we naturally share these gifts with others, simply through our presence. I have worked with many yoga teachers, students, and studios over the years, and am adept at providing yoga instruction ranging from advanced balance poses to meditation, breathing, and thoughtfulness.

Dan is an excellent teacher who I've been working with for 2 years. I was surprised at first what a balance he brings between strength and relaxation. Its been a fabulous journey. I always learn something new. Dan is spiritual, has profound and valuable things to say, and has taught me to improve my physical yoga practice, flexibility, and strength in ways that no studio ever could.
