Stephen is very knowledgeable in all areas of fitness- he explains every exercise and movement you do in detail and provides you with the proper form and technique necessary to maximize the benefits of any given movement. His background and experience is extensive and he wants to equip you with the knowledge to be "the smartest person at the gym." I have tried sessions with many trainers and not a single one even remotely compares to Stephen. He is flexible in working with you to find the best times to train with your schedule and capitalizes on every minute of your session. After ten sessions, I am already seeing results and progress in my strength and physique. As mentioned in the title of this post, my only disappointment is that Thumbtack only allows a five star maximum for ratings. Stephen is worthy of far more than that.
I sought out personal training because I was overweight, out of shape, & when I went to the gym I had no idea what I was doing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford it & also worried that personal training was more suited to athletes or bodybuilders. I posted on this site, & got some responses very quickly. Johnny was one of the first to contact me, & we worked out a plan I could afford which he felt would help me achieve my objectives. In two and a half months I lost nearly thirty pounds with a meal plan Johnny devised, meeting with him once a week, & doing workouts he designs & monitors on my own. I am in better health overall & feel more confident at the gym. I am still working with Johnny & feel my decision to do personal training with him was a wise decision. Johnny has a studio he shares with other trainers, & it's clean & never crowded. He has a lot of knowledge about fitness, health, & exercise. He varies my routines so I'm always learning new things. He works with bodybuilders as well as couch potatoes like myself, & I highly recommend him as a trainer.

David is an awesome trainer. Very professional but at the same time, kind and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of physical fitness. He will adopt a program that fits your individual needs to get you the results you are looking for. He will help keep you motivated by mixing up your workouts so that you never get bored by the same old routine. He knows how to get you to challenge yourself and push yourself harder than you think you are capable of all while also knowing when you are at your limit and need to take a break or modify what you are doing. I have personally seen results that I had only dreamed I could achieve. Revival Fitness is a small place, not a "gym", so you will get a one on one workout with David and usually only a few other people in the place at the same time so you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. No matter what your size, shape, fitness level, age or gender, I highly recommend Revival Fitness and know you will benefit from working out with David.
Alan helped me get back into shape after taking the summer off due to a surgery on my wrist. I’m feeling stronger than I ever have! He has been by my side through the good, bad and everything in between for the past 10 years! Not just a strength trainer but a guru in whole body wellness. Teaching and guiding you on how to make your body "HAPPY", while focusing on decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass. Worth every penny!

I've had my experience with a few different trainers in the past couple of years and although all were satisfactory, Jesse was pretty exceptional. He worked well with focusing on each client as an individual even in a class setting. He made working out an enjoyable experience and was very informative with excersizes and dietary needs. If he didn't live so far away he would still be my trainer. I would recommend him to anyone willing to make the greatest life style change of there life.

Rick, is one of the better trainer I had the pleasesure of working with. He help me with my goals of flexibility, strengthing my core, arm/legs and swimming. I have been training with Holly for about a year now and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. She is very passionate and committed to helping her clients achieve their goals.She designs each session differently whether its inside or outside so it works all parts of the body and it is always challenging and never gets boring. She has also helped me strengthen a weak hip muscle that I had been having problems with for a couple of years and the pain has significantly decreased since I started training with her.
