Leo rrsponded almost immediately to my request and was able to diagnose the problem just from pictures that I sent. He came the next morning, bringing the necessary replacement parts. As he was working, he showed me what had deteriorated in the old valves. He completed the job quickly for a very reasonable fee.

Like I said your 5 star review quality is there for a reason. You checked every box; you were on time, very polite and professional, did a great job and I was happy to hire you at the rate too. I wasn’t joking that a few towns over it’s $350 and up. You were absolutely worth $235 an hour. Thanks for cutting me a break and only doing $200. (Definitely go back and make sure it’s updated) but, really thanks again for that. Lastly, thanks for offering me your business cards without making me ask or just leaving them if I didn’t want any. It didn’t feel good about not planning for a better cash tip, I wish I had had more cash on me. Maybe find you on Venmo but, probably hire you again for something. Though you said it perfectly (even if honest, I think I did hear it before) but, it’s still true. The best tip and compliment is a solid referral. So I’ll keep it in mind, even though, I still don’t believe no ones ever said, “you have a nice smile” , before!?
