Abby Koble says, "I have nothing but glowing praise to give the Vista team.When working through a backyard project to level and build several retaining walls we ran into issues and felt more comfortable bringing in experts to complete the work. I interviewed 14 different vendors, eventually selecting Vista. They were the ONLY vendor to dig into all of the nuances of the project, taking the time to build full proposals including suggestions and research they had done above and beyond what we discussed. They (Gus and Raf) even came back out to the property a second time to triple-check measurements and walk us through their first thoughts, and then scheduled video conferences to validate their understandings and share the planned proposals.Through every step of the process they have been communicative, clear and open with plans, timelines and any roadblocks. They worked hand in hand with the building department, ensuring that every step of the project was documented with photos and videos, and that updates were shared consistently. When we ran into a few issues with questions about permits (all stemming from our own attempt to do the work ourselves originally) they were strong partners who helped us through the process, making us feel supported in a very stressful situation, and guided the conversations to resolution.Both Raf and Gus were at our property almost daily working closely with the hardscapers and landscapers to make sure every detail was to spec, and again continued to keep us involved in each step of the process to make sure they were delivering results that we would be happy with.
