- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 for a 60 minute fitness consultation if my clients travel to me. My rate for traveling to clients is $40 for a 60 minute fitness consultation. My rates are $500/12 sessions which are to be used in 45 days for folks who want to hire me as a trainer for the long-term. If you are looking to have a one time workout, my rate is $40/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is a consultation in which we determine your wellness/fitness goals and fine tune them to make them attainable and realistic. Next, I guide you through a series of dynamic and static movements to gather a baseline for your posture, strength and, endurance. From there, I will make a recommendation on how frequently you will train with me and, I provide you a sample of your exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use the principles of learning and motivation to create behavior change which contributes to your transition in to incorporating exercise as part of your lifestyle. I use Corrective Exercise Techniques to help you achieve optimal purchase to prevent over or under compensation of the muscles in your body and, to decrease pain. My background in Health Sciences contributes to my love for nutrition, healthy cooking and, leading a plant-based diet. I love teaching my clients innovative ways to eat healthier.
