We git a great deal with Messias because he's starting out his own licensed company and needed new clients.
It was totally worth the value. I was ambitious and wanted to make some big and customized changes to my fathers home, but i wasnt super clear what i could do. Most construction folks ive deslt wkth act like lawyers if you dont have a fully fleshed out plan, but messias is super patient and adaptable.
He worked with me to renovate the basement and add a huge expansion to the kitchen, which is currently ongoing.
I highly recommend his work
