All professionals who carry out projects through Tumbthec have a pre-defined hourly rate, which you may have noticed by analyzing the profiles before choosing me, which range from $40 to $55 per hour or more, depending on experience and area. of his performance, mine for example is $50 and my husband's, the guy who went to his house with me, is also $50, (but I didn't specify the time, I just made it clear in my profile that I charge to go to the house from the client and make the estimate, in the case of the work you requested $60), so when I went to your house I only charged for one hour of work, (which includes the time to go to your house and return, which were of more or less 70 minutes). I completed the job in about 10 or 12 minutes, I charged for an hour and you expressed dissatisfaction and I explained that I needed to charge for an hour of work, and just mentioned that I would have paid something close to $30 to receive your message (which clearly it's not profitable for me, but considering my profile under construction on the app I agreed to go), I asked you if there was any other small work to take up the rest of the hour you paid for, you promptly said it was just that repair.
