Aria gave me my Reiki Level II attunement and was very knowledgeable about many different types of reiki and healing modalities. It was an enjoyable experience and I am fortunate to have worked with her. She is very intuitive and compassionate to her clients.
Hannah is an incredible yoga teacher. She is inspiring, compassionate, and wise. Her innate capacity to care for each of her students and herself shines in her yoga classes. I wish I lived closer to Hannah so I could attend her classes as often as possible. She raises my vibration, reminds me of my power, and creates a magical space for her students to grow and transform. She also provides a thorough practice...working with the energy of each unique group, she guides students through poses that give attention to all important parts of the body, and her class leaves the body relaxed, strengthened, and balanced. I highly recommend her as a teacher.
I have known Zeffa Kinney for the past 5 years. I have taken two workshops with her on mindfulness. I found her to be organized, interesting, and clear. Both times, I left with new tools that I could utilize easily in my daily life. I would recommend her mindfulness and interpersonal skill building trainings.
I have been a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher since 2002 and I don't often take other teachers' classes as I have lower back issues and found that most teachers do not do enough warm ups for me. However, I saw the listing for Bonni's class and was drawn to it. In the class, I noticed how she was in tune with the students and tailored it to meet our needs. The class ended with a little Thai massage before savasana. This was so yummy I decided to get a 90 minute Thai massage. We've since done Thai massage, structural integration, and a little chakra work. I really like that Bonni has so many different modalities. Highly recommended.
'The Centered Place' has a gentle and relaxing style of yoga that nearly anyone can do. Not only that, but the instructors are very knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. I have told friends that after one of their yoga classes, I feel like I just had a couple of beers! I also highly recommend their Meditation classes, which I personally have taken multiple times. Up until my first Meditation class at The Centered Place, I had no experience with Meditation. Now, daily meditation has become a part of my life, and I feel it is changing me greatly for the better.
I had the best day of my 43 year long life! Lisa guided me through such enlightenment about the light I have inside of me and I was able to realize the power of what I have within. I take Yoga three days a week and Karina Lutz is my Sunday morning Instructor at the Mediator on 50 Rounds Avenue in Providence. I like it that she holds postures and doesn't change quickly from one to another. I believe this creates strength and endurance. Karina gives individual attention and modifies instruction for certain individuals. I have an eye spasm that she has helped me with: providing a small pillow to rest on my eye during shavasana. She also occasionally creates energy with her hands and places them gently upon my closed eyes. Both bring much relief. Karina assists each of us as needed in forming the best posture possible for a particular asana. We meditate and we pause to feel energy that we create. I look forward to Yoga with Karina as the highlight of each Sunday.

Tai chi classes. I have learned a lot in Linda's classes about the body/mind connection. She is an excellent teacher, who brings her experience from her studies in mindfulness, tai chi, chi gong, dance, mime, and many other venues into her teaching. She has a teaching style of gentle acceptance and brings playfulness and humor into her classes.
Krista has amazing energy. She has such A beautiful, kind heart. Just being around her makes you feel happy. Her energy work has helped me to feel love for myself and to treat others around me with kindness and respect. Her greatest gift to me is helping to open up my heart chakra. I completely trust Krista because she is non-judgementAl and loving. I have had the honor to be in a 200 hour training for power yoga with Krista. She not only is an amazing energy healer but is so open to learn and to teach. I feel so blessed to have met her and to have her in my life. I know that I can count on Krista when I am in need of spiritual guidance.
I'm hooked. Thai reflexology is my new favorite way to spoil myself. Karen put me so at ease I was drifting off to sleep throughout my session. The studio offers the perfect atmosphere for peaceful relaxation and meditation. I love the way Karen incorporates reiki into her practice. I would highly recommend!!!!
A very calm and helpful session. He guided me though a meditation and helped me stay relaxed. The space was beautiful. Small and very peaceful, and he conducted the session with meditation music that was very soothing. Highly recommended! I will definitely be having another session soon!
