I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice.
