Couldn't have been better. They were on time, very professional, worked quickly, extremely accommodating, very careful, handled all fragile pieces with extra care. If I ever need a moving service again I will be using H-Movers!
Tom and his crew were exceptional. Crew was very friendly and they work HARD. Definitely recommend Tom over others claiming to have great service. We moved out of a 3 BR 1500 sq. ft home and just across town. They kept our items on a truck overnight and moved us in the next day. Not one thing was broken and we became very friendly with the crew. Highly recommend.
Baystate moving, particularly John, was FABULOUS! The team came on time, prepared for a long day of moving. John and his team were professional and thorough. The entire apartment was moved efficiently and carefully- not one item damaged. I would recommend Baystate to anyone looking for excellent quality, professional moving services. 6/5 STARS!
Born to Move could not have a better business name or service. In a word, they are OUTSTANDING. Alex was responsive, personable, and incredibly attentive. You're not going to find a better moving service.
My family has moved 7 times. Spartan movers is the best moving company I have every used. They were fast, efficient, and polite. I highly recommend them!!
This was my first time using a professional moving service. Everything was beyond my expectations. The team was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient. I will definitely hire them again when I move in during September and recommend them to everyone I know! Do no hesitate. These guys are the best!
Derek and Brandon did an outstanding job of helping me to move today. They were very thorough, careful and thoughtful. They made sure to ask plenty of times if I had everything I needed and didn't mind the last-minute boxes I had. They also offered to set up and reinforce furniture before they left. They were quick and efficient, too. They were definitely a pleasure to work with. When I need another moving service I will definitely think to call Here 2 Haul.
StepByStep is a great service to use if you're moving and/or need to have furniture assembled. They were very responsive in scheduling a time to come out and they quickly assembled two large pieces for me that saved me hours of time myself.
He was very helpful and nice! Affordable and efficient! Definitely a great choice for moving or any service related task!
Great service! This company are the best Boston movers I have used so far. The crew arrived on time and called me 45 minutes before arrival. Everything was loaded on the truck in a blink of an eye and delivered the same day! I was impressed by the same day moving service at a reasonable price. I didn't have to waste money on hotels and I slept on my bed the same night. I would highly recommend Lexel moving to my friends! Thank you guys!
The moving service was everything I expected and more. The movers were very quick and concientious about protecting the furniture. I would definitely hire them again for future moves.
I was very taken by the professionalism and friendliness of the people who came to work at my house. Within a matter of moments, they came in and everything was safely loaded into their vehicles and we were on the way to my new home. Everything arrived in perfect condition and we were ready to unload. It was simple, fast, easy and relatively cheap compared to similar companies. Plus I always like to be treated like a friend and not a client, and Top Rank Movers made me feel like I was part of the crew. Will definitely recommend this service to anyone moving.
Excellent service and work! He was very flexible with our schedule and stayed late on a Friday to finish the job. Very responsive, dealt with some unexpected issues, and performed great work.
Dino did a great job and he is extremely reasonable. I have hired him to care for both my properties full time. He did a great job.
The guys at Round the Clock were super helpful to me in my move. When all my friends ended up with doctors appointments the day of my move, Round the Clock took care of me with next day service. They helped me move my 2 BR apartment out in less than two hours. Everything got wrapped in blankets and moved carefully. The guys worked fast and offered assembly, disassembly, and even organization when we got to the new house. You can tell they care about their business - I strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. Keep up the good work
TLDR: Conford moving faced down seemingly insurmountable odds to get a big move done successfully with care, communication, and dedication. Be sure to pre-negotiate the use of a credit card for payment to avoid additional fees. You're in the best hands with Victor and Stalin. We had a big, and what turned out to be quite complicated move from Boston to the South Shore. Victor and Stalin were easy to work with from the very beginning. They came out to walk through our home to estimate the time and amount of space needed in transport. Since we were doing a local move where we needed to be out of the property at the last day of the month, but didn't have access to the new property until the first of the next month we knew we couldn't complete the job in 1 day. Victor estimated hours to move out, travel time to return the following day to complete the job, and unloading time. He included an overnight storage fee. We also talked about whether he would need a crew of 3 or 4 guys, and Victor felt confident that a crew of 3 could handle the move. He sent a breakdown of costs by hour with the other fees detailed. We scheduled the arrival time in the afternoon of the move out day. The first complication arose when the truck broke down in between jobs. Stalin called me and kept me informed of of the progress and continually updated me with arrival time estimates. Victor found a replacement truck during the highest moving time and despite several set-backs, the crew arrived at about 7:30pm and began the load out. A less dedicated team may have given up in the face of such overwhelming odds and left us in the lurch, but these guys worked miracles. They loaded out until about midnight, locked up the truck and arranged to return in the morning to finish the load-out and move. The second complication arose from underestimating the amount of space needed to ship our belongings. The crew got to work doing some serious Tetris in the truck to use every inch of available space. this took a bit more time than anticipated, but they were able to fit almost everything. It was touch and go as to whether things would work and I offered to rent an additional UHAUL truck to pack the overage if needed. Victor felt everything might fit, so we waited on securing an additional truck. When it became apparent that everything would not fit, it was too late to get a truck for the crew to load. We ended up making 3 additional trips with a pickup, but the crew loaded all the goods we couldn't load or unload ourselves into their truck and the first load for the pickup. We were able to handle everything else on our own. The guys arrived at the new location with perfect timing as I had just enough time to sweep before moving in our belongings. There were a couple of pieces of furniture that needed to be removed from the new location and the guys handled that easily. They unloaded our belongings and even though exhaustion was setting in, they remained cheerful and dedicated. We did help schlepp boxes as the day wore on to keep the time as manageable as possible. My iphone tracked 81 sets of stairs I climbed that day. The final complication arose as we were settling up for the job. The job ran over estimates for time and we had figured on about $1,500 total. Because of the truck space and the extra time needed to strategically pack the truck, plus the additional time just from being tired from such a big job and working until midnight, we ended up with a little more than $2,000 for the total. When scheduling the work, I confirmed I would be using a credit card for payment. The company uses Square for credit card payments and has the account set to automatically include a 10% upcharge for "sales tax." Since sales tax is not applicable for labor, only on goods, and neither Rhode Island where the company is based, or Mass where the work was being done, has a 10% sales tax, this seemed strange. Victor did offer that check or cash payment could be accepted without the 10% upcharge, but since this was the first notice I had, cash or check was not possible. After some discussion I asked for a 5% discount on the work explaining that would allow the company to cover Square's processing fees without breaking the bank. This was happily granted. At the end of the day the crew did a terrific job with helpful and cheerful attitudes, and took great care with both of the buildings we inhabited and our belongings. They came through a very difficult situation with the loss of the truck during the most in-demand time for moving and got us moved. They were creative, reliable and completely dependable and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
TLC Moving was great. They got me from Boston to LA for a great price. Everything arrived in very good shape. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make a move! Florin was really responsive and always kept me updated. I ended up needing a few weeks of storage and it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Great communication and service! I highly recommend working with this moving company.
Sarah is very professional and detailed. She offers fair prices and excellent work. I have used her services on three projects now and she always goes over the top with work quality. Jesse
Service of Poseidon moving was excellent. im really glad i chose them. Strongly recommend them
These guys are not professional movers and are clearly not insured. Do not hire them! They gave us a really low quote—which was the first red flag. You get what you pay for folks. When they arrived onsite, we offered to pay them almost three times the amount we were quoted (with tip) because we saw them filling the truck and felt it was underestimated. However, this was NOT a difficult move. It was ground floor to a third floor, no boxes, just furniture for a second home—a three bedroom condo and only one room was a full set. A move that should have taken a couple hours was a full day move and hellish nightmare. They banged every wall up to the third floor—huge holes in a newly renovated condo. This is not something you expect when professional movers are hired. They also didn’t seem to think much of it, and were surprised when we refused to pay them the full amount we had promised. Additionally, they were unable to get a bureau up—we hired other movers who were able to get it up with ease without a single ding in the walls. These movers also commented the damage to our building by Easy Go Pro was ridiculous. We then told Easy Go Pro we would give them the remaining amount if they fixed the walls. Who did they send? The same guys. And it looks absolutely awful. They clumped the joint compound on, didn’t smooth it, and used the incorrect color paint. You can still see the holes in the wall where they banged everything up due to their botched up fixing it. When you hire a moving company and they destroy the space you own, you expect repairs that look close to the way it looked prior to the damage. This is not the case. Do not be fooled, they have a D- on Better Business Bureau. Shame on me for not checking first. The last photo is the “repair.”
