I am so happy with mike as a trainer-being out of shape I was worried about injury-he is so clear about posture and form during work outs that I feel totally fine.He also really makes you work and each week changes it up-I would and have referred him!!!

Mike was flexible with his time and understanding if we needed to cancel (for whatever reason). He gave me alternate exercises when I couldn't keep up with the group. He was patient when I couldn't coordinate the moves! My only regret is that I couldn't continue with Mike due to childcare and parking issues.

this was my first experience with a trainer and I have to tell you Michael Mena is a professional! he is caring and patient with me! Oh, and he can push in a way that you don't really mind !
