"I really enjoyed training with Doug. I came to him because I tend to get bored working out on my own, and I knew I needed someone to challenge me. Doug kept the workouts interesting with new equipment and exercises, so it was easy to stay engaged. This also meant the workouts were always challenging. Doug did a great job pushing my limits and encouraging me, without pushing too far. He had a strong focus on form, and watched me carefully to make sure I was getting the most out of an exercise without hurting myself. Despite how exhausted I was, I always left the gym feeling great."
