"Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. "I have been working out with Peter for over 5 years. In that time he has helped me change my body, my strength, my flexibility and my understanding about body alignment. Our workouts are not all about how much I can sweat -- they are about what my body needs (be it cardio, strength training or stretching) and he has helped me to understand the importance of consistent movement --even on the days when working out feels hard. He follows up with me after workouts to see how I am feeling and he checks in during the week when we are not together. Peter goes the distance to ensure we get our time in each week -- even when the schedules get a little crazy. I feel I am in good hands with Pete. His energy and enthusiasm during our workouts make the time fly. "

"I really enjoyed training with Doug. I came to him because I tend to get bored working out on my own, and I knew I needed someone to challenge me. Doug kept the workouts interesting with new equipment and exercises, so it was easy to stay engaged. This also meant the workouts were always challenging. Doug did a great job pushing my limits and encouraging me, without pushing too far. He had a strong focus on form, and watched me carefully to make sure I was getting the most out of an exercise without hurting myself. Despite how exhausted I was, I always left the gym feeling great."

"I worked out with BJ for over a year when he was a trainer at a local gym. He is an incredible trainer who takes the time to get to know his clients, learn their goals and motivate clients in order to achieve those goals. BJ is very knowledgeable and was not only a trainer but also an educator to me-teaching me a great deal about exercise physiology. "Enfuse Fitness built a workout routine that was focused on my fitness goals and targeted the areas that I needed to strengthen. After going for a couple of months I could see and feel the results, my body was stronger; I was able to complete more squats and I had more stamina when hiking.
