Latest Review: Matt has been training me 2x per week for the past 4 months. I went to Matt because I hadn't ever worked out in a gym on my own and wanted to learn how to build strength, lose body fat and create good habits. Matt is an excellent trainer, making sure that I'm using proper form, that I'm mentally and physically supported, encouraged and yet pushed hard. Every time I walk into the gym, I know that Matt will challenge me...but I also have a sense of accomplishment and pride because he doesn't set me up to fail. Slowly but surely I'm seeing the results and now I love going to the gym. The workouts are hard, but it feels so good! I just signed up for another 4 months under Matt's tutelage. I would highly recommend Matt as a trainer to anyone looking to get healthy through hard work!
