5 stars is not enough. I would literally trust this woman with my life. Her attentiveness and work ethic is the likes of which I have never encountered before. The design, details, vision… Everything about our wedding felt like a dream. Yvonne (and her staff) were on point both during the wedding day and during all days prior. They had an answer for everything. Don’t know how to tie a bow tie? She handled it. Ran out of bourbon within the FIRST HOUR of your reception? She already had people making a run. Procession organization? With Yvonne, it's all simple, clear and easy. My husband and I didn’t worry about a single thing on our wedding day besides each other. Beyond this, Yvonne is fun to work with! We spent a lot of our time laughing together, she makes planning a wedding an enjoyable process. Before we hired her, all I felt was stress. After? Only excitement. I could not recommend working with someone more. If you want a wedding planner/coordinator, she is the only option as far as I am concerned. Make life easier for yourself and hire Unique Melody Events. Worth every penny and then some.

Yvonne and her assistant, Catherine, were an essential part of our wedding planning/day. When vendors weren’t responding to us, Yvonne was on the case and resolved issues quickly and efficiently. When there were hiccups with a vendor on the day of, Yvonne acted urgently without adding any additional stress to the day. We highly recommend the services of Unique Melody!

Yvonne and her assistant Kelly literally made our wedding perfect for us from morning to night. Our wedding was a destination wedding for us at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, RI and we felt so at ease knowing that our day of coordinator was Yvonne. She was responsive months in advance! Her assistant Kelly arrived to our hotel at the time of makeup and hair to help me and my bridal party with everything we didn’t even know we needed help with yet! Yvonne arrived to our venue early to handle everything with our florist, caterers, DJ, and every absolute vendor we had working our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day run smoothly and made us feel so at ease and special throughout the whole day. We had to make last minute changes with the order of events due to unexpected windy weather but Yvonne handled the situation and changes so quickly and didn’t let us feel stressed at all! She really was the best wedding coordinator and her assistant was amazing! We were beyond happy working with them! They made our wedding day so special and perfect! We can’t recommend Unique Melody Events enough! The best wedding day planner/coordinator ever, and we couldn’t be happier that we got the opportunity to have them work our most special day!

Yvonne was an extraordinary Wedding Coordinator! She did an amazing job helping us get organized and making sure everyone knew where they should be during the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding she came early and helped set-up decor and tables, coordinated and communicated with the vendors and assisted in a flawless wedding ceremony. As the bride, I came in on a boat, so i can tell you the organization wasn't easy! Bt it was beautiful. After the ceremony, she helped DJ because our DJ (a friend) had to cancel a week before and helped with transitions between all of our toasts (we had a few!). Her assistant, Illiana, was also incredible and very kind and helpful. We loved working with them! My family and I feel so fortunate to have had the support and guidance of Yvonne, Illiana and Unique Melody to make our wedding so special and beautiful. Thank you Yvonne and Illiana! Nathalie

We found Unique Melody Events & Design on Thumbtack and we can honestly say that hiring Yvonne as our Day-of-Coordinator was perhaps the best decision we made in the whole wedding planning process! We are pretty low key, relaxed people and she helped us to have the chill, low-stress wedding day that we wanted. Yvonne went above and beyond, meeting with us to walk through the venue with the caterer, helping us come up with a timeline, communicating with vendors leading up to the day of, wrangling our families at the rehearsal, setting up and breaking down our decorations, and coordinating the wedding day flawlessly! Our venue said that she was the calmest, most relaxed wedding coordinator/planner they had ever interacted with. She is incredibly competent, level-headed, kind, and easy to work with! We had an absolutely perfect, stress-free night, and Yvonne was a huge part of making that happen!
