This is a great personal training gym with dedicated, motivated trainers! I trained with George Lazarov who kicked my butt into gear every time I wanted to give up. I am in my mid 40's and nowhere near a body builder, but just wanted to learn how to train with weights and get a little leaner. George taught me how to do things the right way and which supplements work best. No selling game here like other gyms - just training. They have beautiful equipment and the place is brand new and super clean! The personal attention, knowledge and professionalism of the trainers is everything you want when seeking a trainer. The owner Svet is super friendly and responsive to anything you need. They can even train you at home - Jose Martinez is the man for the in-home training! Can't say enough good things - you're going to have to try this place out! :)

Robert Armstrong is a terrific personal trainer-- knows when to push and when to back off! He works well with all types of people -- male/female, young/old! Will help you loose weight and/or get fit. He is especially good with middle school/high school age kids who want to improve their athletic performance or begin a weight lifting regimen. Of the 5 boys in my 15 year old's work out group -- 3 are committed to college programs and 1 is playing D3 football. A fourth just earned best football work ethic award for his high school.
Shawn has been a great trainer for my colleague and I. He's got a positive outlook and keeps us motivated. We've been training with him for about 15 weeks (once a week) and I definitely feel stronger. His sessions are always different, which is great and keeps us moving and trying new things. And he listens when we say something is good or doesn't feel right. 100% recommend!
Agnese is a very knowledgable, thoughtful and professional trainer. She met with me right away to start training immediately! I've enjoyed our workouts so much that many times don't even know we have worked out until my muscle soreness the next day. I feel as if she keeps close tabs on my progress and provides me with helpful tips during and outside of our training days! I appreciate her approach, Agnese is not forceful but instead very aware of what works for you. She listens and asks questions throughout the workout being mindful of your strengths, weaknesses and goals. I have a knee injury and she has been so helpful even in my rehabilitation by motivating and supporting mentally and physically!
I enjoy running and yoga, but after finishing up physical therapy for an ankle injury I realized I needed some structure to improve my overall strength and mobility. Cornelius talked me through a fitness assessment and discussed my previous injuries (ankle and wrist). I've been training with Cornelius for the past couple of months, and have decided to increase from one session a week to twice a week. When working out, I have a tendency to push myself on things I enjoy (cardio and leg days) and to go soft on those I don't (abs!). Cornelius has been excellent at getting me to take appropriate breaks, keeping my technique accurate, and protecting my old injuries. He's also helped me to focus on areas for improvement and I'm really enjoying learning new skills. The gym we work out at is compact and convenient - it's usually just us in the early morning sessions and Cornelius is great company. Over the holidays I traveled a bit and he was very flexible about adjusting or skipping sessions. I also noticed that I'm feeling stronger and more confident when I work out on my own.
When I first decided I needed a personal trainer, I started checking out the personal trainers at the gym where I was a member. I watched how they interacted with their clients, and the training they gave them. Most of the trainers seemed disinterested in their work, and were either chi-chatting with other members of the gym while training their clients, or checking their cellphones while training. When I checked out Janet, she was always one on one and very focused with her client. Thats when I decided Janet was the one for me. Janet is extremely knowlegeable, not only about personal training, but also about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now. I am going on 57 years old, and thanks to her, I feel and look much younger, and I am very thankful our paths crossed.
I've been working out with Cory for about a month now. He's great, he really pushes me every workout. I saw noticeable results after about 2/3 weeks of training. His gym he uses is very nice & he has plenty of equipment. I highly recommend.

I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.

Mr. Blake has provided me with personal trainer instruction for the past six months in my home. With my busy schedule I am only able to have this instruction once a week. What is impressive to me about the service is that he is very professional, courteous, and disciplined. He always arrives on time and is ready to work. The quality of the training is outstanding because I have been able to see the results. And with his thorough instruction, I am able to retain my training methods because they are explained and demonstrated in a concise and understanding way. The only thing that would improve my experience is if I had to time for more sessions during the week. Nothing has gone wrong. And I can't think of a thing that Mr. Blake could do better. He is outstanding as a trainer.
At the start of my training I was very unfamiliar with proper use of equipment and had spent little time in the gym! Personal training was a big step out of my comfort zone as I had never followed a set routine before, Michael alleviated all of my worries and started me from the ground up! He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to excercises that beginners can preform, and has developed a program with visible progression and results. Would highly recommend him for his attention to detail and knowledge of nutrition and excercise as well as a fun workout!
I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. The investment you make in Julian goes far beyond strength training; you also get someone who takes a genuine interest in your well-being and wants you to be successful. He empowers you with exercises which don’t require you to be in a gym (my son did his own workouts during the winter break) and with general “life skills/lessons”. Training with Annie has been awesome! I was always active but could never seem to lose the weight. I signed up for the training and nutrition package and within 3 months I went from 32% body fat to 23%!! 9%!!! Annie has helped me to focuse my nutrition into a easy to follow routine that I can stick to during the work week. I joined after having my second child and after a few months Joe was able to get me back to my pre baby weight through healthy diet and effective exercises. I learned a great deal about proper form and technique. Tyson Training once again helped me achieve my goals after having my third child. This is the best shape I have probably been in. My experience with TakeFlight Fitness was a success! I was skeptical at first about the goals I wanted to achieve and if they would happen within the 7 sessions that I scheduled. But to my surprise, the sessions with Paul helped me to learn about dieting, staying consistent and keeping positivity that you can always achieve any goal you desire. I didn't think I'd be able to gain any muscle mass and weight but I did and I managed to meet my weight goal of 140. Since then, I've been very consistent in maintaining my diet and sticking to my workout routines at home and in the gym. Everyone in my surroundings have also noticed the improvement in my body structure which lets me know that my experience with TakeFlight is recognized. My biggest take away from training with TakeFlight Fitness is that you have to understand it's not an easy job for fitness and there's a lot of scientific background to know how the body works.
