I recently had a great need for a plumber in my kitchen. I had a major leak from both sinks. From Thumbtack, I chose 2 plumbers. I heard immediately from Ilobasco Plumbing. The representative was friendly and very accommodating, and was able to give me an appointment for the next day. As scheduled, my plumber arrived on time. He called ahead to say that he was enroute, and identified himself when he arrived. He came in and immediately addressed my problem. He knew exactly what to do, and wasted no time taking care of my leaks. He explained the cause of the problem and demonstrated the solution. He took care of everything beautifully, ensuring that my problem was resolved. He demonstrated how the repair was made and how he had solved my leaks. I am thrilled with his service. His rate was fair, and his terms were agreeable. Ilobasco is my "Go-To" Plumber from now on!

Our master bedroom toilet was making a high pitch sound, so we knew we needed to call a plumber out to resolve the issue. The company sent Orlando out and he replaced the fill valve, gasket, and bolts. He was very friendly, professional, took pride in his workmanship, answered all our questions, and performed testing several times to confirm the issue was resolved. Orlando provided 5 star service to the customers satisfaction. We plan to use ILOBASCO PLUMBING SERVICES for all our plumbing needs in the future and you should too.
