The tech came on time, which was appreciated, was through in his work, double checked to make sure the drain was clear. Other companies normally do not come prepared with the video camera,...that was appreciated. Who would not want to know visually if the pipe was clear? Sorry. But I just paid 35 bucks for someone to come out (between 6-8pm but arrived at 8:15pm) and tell me that cleaning a basic bathroom sink drain and swapping out a pipe was almost $700 dollars. Just seems nuts when quotes are more than half or a third of that.

Things took a little longer than expected to get the pipes draining properly, but the price remained the same from the original quote. Cleaned up afterwards, and made sure the job was done right! Contractor quickly responded to my initial inquiry and then scheduled convenient time to provide onsite quote. The quote provided was more than competitive when compared to others received.
Contractor took time to proactively share insight and answer questions as work was being completed.
Once repair was completed, worksite was cleaned. My initial experience with the contractor was so positive, that I had him complete another repair job prior to his finally leaving my home.
I feel that the entire experience was a positive investment of both my time and money.

He was extremely professional and took the time to explain in detail each step of the process as he worked—in order to ensure that I was an informed consumer. At the end of his service, he took the time to clean the work area with great care as if it were his home. Without hesitation, I would hire him again, and refer him to family and friends. Van was the BEST plumber that I have ever used. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his trade. After thorough evaluation, Van was able to clear both my bathtub and sink drains with deliberate skill. My home is old and he took care not to damage the delicate pipes. Even more, he left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he walked into it. Van’s prices were very appropriate for the time consuming work that he did. I think he qqwouldn’t hesitate to hire Van again for my plumbing needs!
