He came out, assessed the job, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Even though the work turned out to be more complicated than expected, he honored his original price, which we really appreciated. The drain was covered professionally, and the result looks great—we’re now ready to move forward with installing our flooring. Sam also ended up saving us over $1,000 compared to previous quotes we received. In addition, he installed two faucets for us, including one that was badly rusted and extremely difficult to remove. He spent the entire day at our house and even made an extra trip to Home Depot to get the supplies needed to finish the job properly. Sorry. But I just paid 35 bucks for someone to come out (between 6-8pm but arrived at 8:15pm) and tell me that cleaning a basic bathroom sink drain and swapping out a pipe was almost $700 dollars. Just seems nuts when quotes are more than half or a third of that.

Van was the BEST plumber that I have ever used. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his trade. After thorough evaluation, Van was able to clear both my bathtub and sink drains with deliberate skill. My home is old and he took care not to damage the delicate pipes. Even more, he left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he walked into it. Van’s prices were very appropriate for the time consuming work that he did.
