Jason G. says, "Delightful Contracting was truly a delight to work with. Ryan was the first of three contractors we met with for our kitchen remodel project—a project we waited nine years for! We told him our vision, and he was very upfront about what was realistic and what wasn’t. He even told us things to look out for when reviewing competitor proposals. By the time he left, we knew he was the one for the job. One contractor came in much too high, and commented our budget would only get us materials. The other contractor was over and hour late for our appointment (he ran out of gas), and extremely slow to respond. That didn’t give us a good feeling. Needless to say, Ryan was awarded the contract! He worked with us on pricing, and gave us the most bang for our buck. He went above and beyond his contractual responsibilities. For example, I couldn’t get off work for a delivery. Ryan was out picking up supplies, but left to meet the vendor at my house for the delivery. On another occasion, he cut down a non-standard door to save us the cost of a special order. Ryan has held our hand during the entire process. He suggested finishes, paint color, accessories, and made himself available via phone for any questions that came up along the way. We felt like we were hiring a trusted friend. For this reason, we had no reservations providing Ryan with keys to our home so he could come and go freely during the day. We are beyond pleased with our remodel project, and highly recommend Ryan based on price, attention to detail, and professionalism."
