Great job by Wayne and his team on clearing old furniture, artwork, toys, etc off my front porch. They were on time and proficient and had the job done in 15 minutes. I will be using them again in the future.

Wayne was prompt, had all necessary moving equipment and FAST! He moved my 2 bedroom apartment to a townhome in 2 1/2 hours. He also offered to come back to pick up my empty boxes when finished unpacking. I would definitely use his service again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers I work on getting acquainted and a clear visual of the situation as a whole. For example would ask questions like how many rooms are being moved, how many items to be disassembled and reassembled, house or apartment, stairs or elevator, pick up and drop off locations, how many items to be junked/trashed, and at times I would ask for photos if possible..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in a furniture delivery store for 4 years. (2014-2018)
