This will be my second week working with Elin Personal Training Redefined. So far I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Gaurav is very knowledgeable about Yoga and excellent in teaching how to practice a healthy lifestyle. I really liked his teaching style, and the fact that he gave personal lessons in the comfort of my own home. During my sessions with him, he taught me how to do the yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas). He taught the exercises according to my comfort level until I could get the technique right. I also had a Nutrional Counseling session with Gaurav. He created a meal plan for me and made suggestions on healthy foods that I could eat on a daily basis, as well as when I ate outside. He is motivating and encouraging. Gaurav is very professional and was always happy to answer my questions in person and over email. I highly recommend his services.
More than being proud of working out with Coach Gee. I lost 7 pounds and 11 inches in my first 10 days! I like the nutrition plan and I really enjoy with my work out schedule. If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
Brian is a total awesome trainer, he knows what he is doing with his profession, helping me to get to my goal to achieve my body to get even stronger and fit. Brian has the knowledge to teach me on my nutrition as well. I really enjoy my training with him!

I trained with Matt for my first personal training experience. I went in knowing what I wanted to improve and work on, also hoping to get a better understanding of my body and how I can improve my lifestyle to make it a bit healthier. I was a bit nervous since I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thinking the worse like: he was going to be really hard and tough on me, make me feel anxious or awkward, or even not feeling comfortable at all. That was not the case! He was great! He has a wonderful character and is super nice. I felt very comfortable during the session which was one of the most important things for me. I can tell he knows exactly what he doing and is very knowledgeable which made me feel like I was in the right hands. He is also very aware of my goals which we are strongly working on, my habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. Why did I wait so long to meet him and start training? It is so much more beneficial than going to the gym and doing the same old work out each time. He provides different techniques and settings each time which I loved! Ken is an intuitive, talented, and highly-motivating trainer. He helped me recover from limited mobility and injury issues related to a surgery. He modified exercises to give me confidence, directed my program to offer me the specific strengthening and flexibility I needed, and rapidly moved me from my limitations to my achievements, giving me the perfect training for my needs. I cannot recommend him enough. He is positive, inspiring, fun to work with but tough enough to mean business, and success-oriented.
